Pastor Jon W. Petoskey
Born in Lansing, Michigan, our Pastor moved to Connecticut with his family just prior to his teen years. He was baptized and received the baptism of the Holy Ghost in December 1978 and began preaching at age 16. His anointed leadership has been recognized while at Bible College by his peers who elected him as Class President, by the members of The Pentecostals in his election to lead them, and by his fellow pastors of the United Pentecostal Church in Connecticut as they elected him to serve first as a District Presbyter for Group Three and presently as District Secretary.
Pastor is leading us in this year’s vision "Higher" as we together press towards the mark that lies before us. This year The Pentecostals are celebrating their 25th Anniversary! A special commemoration of this milestone is planned July 2-5 and our theme is "Possessing the Promise." Certainly, God is calling us to a greater dimension as we see the fulfillment of every promise He has given. What a fantastic hour to be a part of His body, the Church!
