DAILY VERSE

Ephesians 5:1 (New Life) Do as God would do. Much-loved children want to do as their fathers do.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Our Beliefs

Peter’s clear response cut to the heart of the question, “Men and brethren, what shall we do?” (Acts 2:37) as the listeners were convicted by his preaching that day. His response records the principle parts of the Pentecostal message. “Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the Name of Jesus Christ for the remission of your sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.” (Verse 38).

We believe salvation comes through Jesus Christ. His grace and mercy extends to us the opportunity to receive and respond to the beautiful good news of the Gospel. He desires a personal relationship with you and I today.

When we repent, Christ willingly forgives the sins He died to pay the price for. In baptism, every effect of those sins is washed away. When we receive the gift of His Spirit, we have the treasure of His Spirit dwelling in us every day.

We are grateful for the clear Biblical understanding that God is indivisibly one! As Isaiah prophesied, “Unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given … and His name shall be called … The Everlasting Father, The Mighty God..” (Isaiah 9:6). The same God who was our Creator is also our Redeemer and now desires to dwell in us. Paul wrote to the church in Colosse, explaining this Bible concept this way, speaking of the Son, whom we have redemption through, he said, “Who is the image of the invisible God, …He is before all things, and by Him all things consist.” (Colossians 1:12-16). Jesus Christ is the I am of the Burning Bush! He is Jehovah Jireh, who provided a sacrifice for Abraham! He is our I Am and our Provider today! Whatever you need, He stands today declaring “I am”! He has never changed! (Hebrews 13:8)

We believe every promise is meant for God’s people today! Everything the disciples were eyewitnesses of we have seen God do. Join with us as we celebrate what Jesus Christ has done in our lives!
